Guides, cost estimates and checklists on this site are general information for fashion sellers. They are not legal, tax, financial or business advice for your situation. Marketplace image rules, model-release and usage-rights questions, and advertising rules differ by platform and country; check the platform's own rules and, where it matters, ask a professional.

Size charts and the size converter give standard conversions, not a guarantee of fit at any brand; brands vary by up to a full size either way. The colour season result comes from a questionnaire and is a styling suggestion, not a professional draping. Cost ranges in the guides are planning estimates, not quotes. See the methodology for how each is made.

Generated images

Images Fashio AI generates are AI-generated. The models in Fashio AI's model library are AI-generated, not real people, and an on-model image shows how a garment could look, not a photograph of it being worn. Check generated images against the real product before you publish them, and follow each marketplace's rules on AI-generated or edited product images.

You can use everything you generate commercially — product pages, marketplaces, ads, social, print — with no royalties or attribution, on every plan and pack, as long as the use is lawful and you have the rights to the photos you upload. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Conflicts of interest

• We sell Fashio AI. Plans and credit packs are paid; the site's guides link to the tool pages and to pricing. Prices and credit costs are on Fashio AI by the Numbers.
• We compare Fashio AI with its competitors. The price table includes Fashio AI next to 14 other tools, and 14 tools have a "Fashio AI vs" page. They are written by the team that makes Fashio AI. Each figure is read from the vendor's own page and dated, and each head-to-head page states where the other tool is the better choice, but you should read them as a competitor's account.
• Round-ups in the blog include our own product. Lists of AI fashion tools and image generators on the blog include Fashio AI alongside other tools, written by the same team.
• Indiex. Fashio AI is made by Indiex, which also makes The Face Analysis, Dyslexia Steps and Dyscalculia.io. The footer links to them as sister products. The legal entity behind Fashio AI is Fashio Labs, Berlin.
• Store apps. Fashio AI has an app in the Shopify App Store, billed through your Shopify invoice, and an ikas app, for which you buy credits from Fashio rather than through ikas. The integration pages describe both.
• Payments. Web purchases are processed by Creem; purchases in the mobile apps by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• No affiliate links. Links to other companies' sites, including every competitor in the price table, carry no affiliate tag or referral code, and we earn nothing if you buy from them. If that ever changes, this line and the links will say so first.

Errors and corrections

If something on this site is wrong, including a competitor's price, email [email protected] with the page and what you found. We check it against the source; a confirmed correction is fixed and dated on the changelog.

Liability

The site's content is provided as is. The Terms of Service set out liability, accounts, credits and refunds, and the Privacy Policy says what is collected and who processes payments.
